A large sectional couch dawns the living room, making the perfect reading spot. The living room overlooks the kitchen which is where all the magic will happen! Cook your favorite recipes and treat this space as if it was your own - creating new memories through food and family. Once you’re ready to retire for the night, enjoy both the master and guest bedroom. The master bedroom has both a king and double bed while the guest bedroom has 2 twin beds. Each bedroom has an ensuite bathroom giving you and your guests the privacy you deserve.

Last but not least, you must not forget to explore the inviting property that this home sits on. A pool is there for you to spend all day while you enjoy the Florida sun. To make your arrival a little easier on you, our starter welcome packet includes:

Any supplies beyond this are up to the guest to stock and replenish, we do not restock these items.
This is an industry-standard practice.
No salt/pepper or cleaning supplies are stocked due to safety issues.

Guest must be 25 and up to rent this condo. ID is checked upon check in to the resort

January 1 until April 16, 2023
per HOA rules only Saturday to Saturday stay is allowed.
No other departure or arrival date can be accommodated.
Dates outside of those listed above we can accommodate shorter stays and different arrival and departure dates.

FOR GUESTS WHO BOOK 30 NIGHTS OR LONGER STAYS, WE WILL COLLECT A $1,500.00 DEPOSIT
Balance is due 60 days prior to arrival
If canceled 91 days or more prior to arrival - $250 is refundable.
If canceled 89 - 61 days prior to arrival - entire $1,500 is non-refundable
No cancellation or modification 60 or less prior to arrival.
