This third-floor (building has elevator access) two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo overlooks a lovely pond and golf course. Beyond that are protected wetlands leading directly out to Charlotte Harbor and the Gulf of Mexico.
Facing West- you'll have the best artwork nature has to offer every night on the lanai.

The guest bathroom and laundry room with full-size washer and dryer end the hallway before walking into the open living space with the incredible kitchen and lovely open living room featuring a pullout sofa bed. 

Your rental includes a covered assigned parking space, with additional guest parking available as well. 
There is a lovely quiet pool right outside of the condo for guest enjoyment.

- Clubhouse membership transfer is $150 cost covered by the owner required for access to the clubhouse and amenities.
- Membership covers household only age 21 and younger.
- Guests may accompany member when using clubhouse. 
- $$ Fees payable to HOA at clubhouse upon arrival for stay- $10 per person  for the clubhouse access card. $25 for permanent barcode (not applicable for rental cars) for gate access.
- Golf cart rentals through the golf club $30 per person cart fee for primary renter & spouse
