Domu

When travelers take to the roads and skies in pursuit of a well-deserved vacation to Orlando, Florida, there are plenty of motivations behind the journey. Being home to Disney World Resort makes Orlando an oasis of magical moments where visitors can get up close to their favorite characters and immerse themselves in fun, entertainment, and world-class rides. Beyond the theme parks, Orlando provides a long lineup of options for fun whether it’s time on International Drive, afternoons at the Florida Mall or simply getting out and enjoying the fantastic weather and scenery. While there’s a lot that pulls visitors here for entertainment, there’s also much to be found in the way of flavor! No matter what your travels entail, when you find yourself in the mood for a fantastic meal, make your way to Domu at least once while you’re in town.

One of a Kind Japanese Fare in the Heart of Orlando

Domu is located at 3201 Corrine Drive #100 within the Audubon Park District of Orlando. This inviting and unique destination first opened to the public in 2016 under the inspiration of owner and chef Sean Nguyen. Domu refers to the idea of dreams coming true—exactly the vision that drove Nguyen to open the doors on this neighborhood-inspired bar and restaurant where the Japanese fare is fresh and it’s just as easy to settle into a great conversation in comfortable surroundings with friends. Since 2016, Domu continues to grow in popularity among residents and visitors alike. The restaurant is open for full service dining Sunday through Thursday between 5:00 pm and 10:00 pm as well as Fridays and Saturdays from 11:30 am until 2:30 pm before reopening for dinner services between 5:00 pm and 11:00 pm.

Menu Highlights at Domu

Fresh noodles, seasonal cocktails, and small plates are defining features of the menu at Domu. Specialty creations feature everything from curry to Chuka while more traditional ramen dishes include chicken, pork, and vegan bases. The Domu wings are sure to delight guests while the black truffle burrata is a treat for the taste buds. While it’s hard to go wrong with a rice bowl, Domu also serves up savory soft serve with flavors ranging from honey dew and cookie butter to matcha green tea.
