The living area has a coastal feel, so as soon as you enter the home you will be overcome with serenity. Gather the whole family together to get comfortable and watch a movie on the large TV which includes cable. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the supplies you ll need to prepare a delicious meal. Brew a pot of coffee and enjoy it at the kitchen nook which can seat up to 4 guests or the breakfast bar. For larger meals, bring everyone into the formal dining room which has seating for up to 6 guests.
The home features 5 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. The master suite is located on the ground floor and has a king bed and ensuite bathroom. There is a large walk-in shower and garden tub in the ensuite, along with a large countertop, perfect for getting ready for your day. Upstairs are the other 4 bedrooms which include a king-sized bed, a queen-sized bed, and 2 rooms each with 2 twin beds. There is a shared family bathroom on the top floor with a shower and tub combination. For some family fun, spend hours of fun on the Playstation 5 console or head to the converted garage game room for a friendly game of pool. There is also a washer and dryer located on the ground floor.

Early or late check-in/out: 1/2 nightly rate
The rental agreement will be sent once the booking is made and must be completed within 48 hours to avoid potential cancellation
Pool and spa heating is available at an additional cost, with varying rates by property.
No smoking / No pets
By state law occupancy of property must not be exceeded
20% non-refundable deposit due at time of booking
Final payment due 45 days prior to your arrival
13.5% sales and tourist tax (not included in nightly rate)
One-time cleaning fee required upon all stays

Bookings made inside of 45 days of the arrival date must check-in during office hours before the access information is released. The credit/debit card used for payment must be shown along with a valid driving license or passport in the same name as the card. As well as a utility bill with the same address as the card billing address. Pre-Paid cards are not accepted.
