Pool+Spa Heater Charges and Information:

The pool faces West. Pool size is 24x11, and the Spa is 6' in diameter. Pool heat is an additional cost of $200 per week or $500 per month PLUS TAX. To heat the Spa, the additional cost must be paid. Please note that our pools are serviced weekly.

Garage:

There is no parking in the garage—the owner's private vehicle is parked there.

Dog-Friendly Home (+$):

• This is a dog-friendly home.


• There is an additional $250 plus tax non-refundable fee.


• Two-dog limit.


• Dog(s) must be disclosed, and the additional fee must be paid prior to arrival.

Dock:

• Boat Lift is Not Available for Guest Use

BBQ:

• There is a BBQ at this property for complimentary guest use.


• While there is a propane tank included with the BBQ, we do not provide refills.


• Guests are welcome to swap the tank at any local store.


• BBQ must be cleaned upon guest departure, or an additional $56 fee will be charged.

FOR GUESTS WHO BOOK 30 NIGHTS OR LONGER STAYS:

This does not apply if you are staying less than 30 nights:

• We will collect a $1,500 deposit.


• Balance is due 60 days prior to arrival.


• If canceled 90 days or more before arrival, we retain $250.00, and $1,250.00 will be refunded.


• If canceled between 61 and 89 days prior to arrival, we retain the $1,500.00 deposit.


• No cancellation or modification 60 days or less prior to arrival.
