Extended Stay Policy (30+ Nights)
- $1,500 deposit required
- Balance due 60 days before arrival
- Cancellation terms:
- 91+ days before arrival: $250 refundable
- 61-89 days before arrival: Full $1,500 non-refundable
- Less than 60 days: No cancellation or modifications
