One guest bedroom includes a queen bed, the other is another queen bed.

Public Boat Ramp: Ponce De Leon Public Boat ramp is a few miles south of the house, Laishley Park Boat ramp is located in downtown Punta Gorda. Both offer easy access to the harbor and canal to the house.

Garage: Not available for guest use. The owner's vehicle is parked in the garage.
No boat trailer or RV parking allowed in the driveway per HOA guidelines. There are local storage facilities nearby to park the trailer off-site.

Pool heat is an additional cost of $200 per week or $500 per month PLUS TAX. In order to heat the pool, the additional cost must be paid. The pool is chlorinated.
Pool is 28x14 with a depth of 7 ft in the deepest part

BBQ use included in guest stay, if BBQ is not clean upon guest departure an additional $56 fee will be charged to the guest for cleaning.

Pool floats are located in the garage or the storage bin on the lanai
