Stay in this brand new rental home located in Burnt Store Isles incredible home in historic Punta Gorda on the Southwest Florida Gulf Coast. 
This 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bathroom home offers a private pool, 84 feet of canal frontage leading to Charlotte Harbor and the Gulf of Mexico beyond and the perfect place to relax and truly enjoy a wonderful Florida vacation. 

Comfortable Bedrooms- This split floor plan offers an extended master suite including a spacious master bedroom with a king bed, lanai access and an incredible master bathroom. The second bedroom includes a queen bed and a large closet, the third bedroom is another king bed with lanai access.

Entertainment- this saltwater pool is an amazing place to spend your days soaking up the sunshine! With an expansive pool deck, and plenty of areas to sit and relax and watch the water flow by on the canals, there's not much more relaxing possible! Until we go inside to the den with the most comfortable wraparound couch and large tv, you'll never find a better place to binge-watch your shows on a rainy day or really experience a wonderful movie night relaxed.

Kitchen and Dining- The kitchen has plenty of counter space and a gas stove. The dining room has a lovely large table overlooking the pool and canal beyond. 

Location- If you're boating, you're just three minutes from Alligator Creek and about 15 minutes to Charlotte Harbor. If you want to spend time browsing Historic Downtown Punta Gorda, it's just 4 miles away, with all the wonderful dining, shopping and live entertainment. There's so much to explore as well, with Harborside trails and pickleball, bike paths and museums.

No boat trailer or RV parking allowed in the driveway per HOA guidelines

Pool heat is an additional cost of $200 per week or $500 per month PLUS TAX. In order to heat the pool, the additional cost must be paid. This is a salt-water pool. 

BBQ use is included in guest stay, if BBQ is not clean upon guest departure an additional $56 fee will be charged to the guest for cleaning.

We will provide a welcome pack including the following:
1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom
1 roll of paper towels
2 packets of dishwasher detergent
2 packets of laundry soap
"hotel-size" shampoo and bar soaps per bathroom
Garbage can liners in each bedroom/bathroom small garbage cans
Any supplies beyond this are up to the guest to replenish, we do not restock these items.
