This Burnt Store Marina condo tower is located on the pool deck of the building, the private patio is just steps away from the community pool, hot tub, BBQ picnic area, access to the harbor walkway along the docks and all clubhouse amenities.

This open and comfortable three bedroom condo welcomes guests upon entry with the flex space bedroom, full size daybed and desk/office at the front of the unit. Further in is the second bedroom with queen bed, tv and easy access to the guest bathroom with combo tub/shower.

Enjoy the full kitchen with brand new applianes open to the living room and views of Charlotte Harbor and the gardens on the pool deck.
The living room includes two comfortable couches, a tv, access to the patio and community pool deck. A bar area is to the side perfect for guests to entertain.
The master bedroom includes a queen bed, patio access, and a spacious master bathroom with a soaking tub and walk in shower.
