Relax in the beautifully updated home with a new kitchen, bathrooms and floors. Every detail of the updated home has been addressed, creating a comfortable and welcoming space for the perfect Florida stay.

Comfortable Bedrooms
The master bedroom has a gorgeous king-size bed complete with an ensuite bathroom and it's own private balcony access overlooking the canal. The guest bedroom also has a king-size bed with a guest bathroom access as well. Both masters are upstairs.
Third bedroom with three twin beds on the bottom floor.

Amenities
Soak up the sun as it rises over the west-facing lanai with the sparkling pool and spa. A screened-in wrap-around porch surrounds the main level with covered dining space and seating, along with corn-hole boards to enjoy.
Then the incredible pool deck with pool.spa and outdoor dining areas and BBQ overlooking the canal. Enjoy incredible sunsets from this west facing backyard overlooking the canal leading to Lemon Bay.
The canal dock access includes seating to watch the birds, fish and all sorts of wildlife 

Location:
Canal direct access to Lemon Bay and Stump Pass. Guests are welcome to use the small ramp for kayak launching and tie your boat to the dock.
Kayaking is fantastic from this house, as it leads right out to the Lemon Bay Aquatic Preserve popular for kayaking and paddleboarding.

BBQ use is included in guest stay, if BBQ is not clean upon guest departure an additional $56 fee will be charged to the guest for cleaning. Propane tank refills are not included. 
Pool heat is an additional cost of $200 per week or $500 per month PLUS TAX. In order to heat the pool, the additional cost must be paid.

The garage is not for guest use. 

This is a pet-friendly home! An additional non-refundable cleaning fee of $250 plus tax will apply when you let us know you're bringing your dog. There is a two-dog limit. 
Pet must be disclosed and the additional fee must be paid prior to arrival.

The beautiful beaches of Englewood and Boca Grande are just a short drive away.
Publix- just over 1 mile
Walmart- 2 miles
Boca Grande Causeway- 7 miles 
Cape Haze Links Golf Club and Coral Creek Club are just minutes away as is Rotunda Golf and Country Club. 
Dock your boat just steps from the house!
The public boat ramp is 10 minutes away at Ainger Creek Park with easy access to the seawall to tie your boat.

We will provide a welcome pack including the following:
1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom
1 roll of paper towels
2 packets of dishwasher detergent
2 packets of laundry soap
"hotel-size" shampoo and bar soaps per bathroom
Garbage can liners in each bedroom/bathroom small garbage cans
Any supplies beyond this are up to the guest to replenish, we do not restock these items.
