Located in Southwest Florida, this Punta Gorda Isles home is right on Charlotte Harbor, this home has every amenity you need to have an amazing vacation. Tie your boat at the dock and enjoy life on the water.
The canal offers easy access to Port Charlotte, Boca Grande and of course the Gulf of Mexico.

This home is thoughtfully decorated to accent the beautiful waters surrounding the area. The open-concept floor plan is bright and airy, always letting in the Florida sun. This home is also outlined by 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths with a split floor plan for maximum privacy. 

The living room looks right over the pool where you can plan to spend plenty of time. To enjoy absolute perfection in the winter months, open the lanai doors for the ultimate in indoor/outdoor living. 
The kitchen opens up to the family room and breakfast table all of which have calming views of the canal and pool. Both the kitchen and living room offer sliding glass doors that open to the enclosed screened lanai.

As you step onto the lanai with gorgeous views of the canal, plenty of outdoor seating to enjoy your meal al fresco poolside.
Enjoy access to smart tv's with provided YouTube TV for channels, and log into your streaming accounts as well.

Master Bedroom- King Bed/master en-suite bathroom / Lanai access

Dock- Feel free to use the dock for your own boat or fishing. 

Garage: No garage use.
No boat trailer or RV parking is allowed in the driveway or on the property per HOA guidelines.

Pool heat is an additional cost of $200 per week or $500 per month PLUS TAX. In order to heat the pool, the additional cost must be paid. Pool is 12x25

BBQ use included in guest stay, if BBQ is not clean upon guest departure an additional $56 fee will be charged to the guest for cleaning.

Full-size washer and dryer for guest use

This is a pet-friendly home! An additional non-refundable cleaning fee of $250 plus tax will apply when you let us know you're bringing your dog. There is a MAX one-dog limit. 
Pet must be disclosed and the additional fee must be paid prior to arrival.

We will provide a welcome pack including the following:
1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom
1 roll of paper towels
2 packets of dishwasher detergent
2 packets of laundry soap
"hotel-size" shampoo and bar soaps per bathroom
Garbage can liners in each bedroom/bathroom small garbage cans
Any supplies beyond this are up to the guest to replenish, we do not restock these items. 
This is an industry-standard practice.
