This home is on a wide canal, perfect for most boats. Whether you’re on the water all day or only for a few hours, this is the perfect place to dock your craft and call home for your vacation. 
Charlotte Harbor access is a 12-minute boat ride via the Yacht Club canal network entrance from the house!

Comfortable Bedrooms

The 4 bedrooms in this home are comfortable and stylish, providing the perfect space to relax after your day in the sun. The master bedroom has a king bed along with a gorgeous ensuite bathroom and patio access.
The split floor plan offers plenty of privacy from the master bedroom, with the additional three on the other side of the house from the master. 
The second bedroom includes two twin beds and the third bedroom has a queen bed with a shared bathroom with a walk-in shower. 
The fourth bedroom is another king bed with the third bathroom including a walk-in shower and patio access to the pool. 

Home Away from Home
The main living room features a large wraparound couch as well as a  huge flat-screen TV. This couch is incredibly comfortable with plenty of space to seat the entire family and then some. 
The family room opens to the best of indoor-outdoor living, with sliding glass doors that open the entire wall- enjoy the incredible Florida weather while relaxing inside or outside. 

Kitchen and Cooking
Take advantage of the brand new kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and upgraded cabinetry.  The kitchen is for the true gourmet chef in the family, with everything needed to prepare the smallest to the largest meal, and for any type of entertainment, large to intimate gatherings.

Entertainment in Every Corner
The amenities in this home are perfect for a sunny Florida vacation! The sparkling pool is the perfect place to spend all day soaking up the sun. Hop in and cool off after a long day of boating too. With eastern exposure, start the morning on the lanai with a cup of coffee and an incredible sunrise. Newly added! Ping Pong table in the garage as well as a beautiful fire table on the lanai for really enjoying those gorgeous Florida nights.  Enjoy the double fishing kayak for cruising the canals and two bikes for cruising around the neighborhood and the nearby bike trails.

Dock/Boat Lift: Boat lift access for up to 10,000 pounds. Access to Charlotte Harbor via Yacht Club canal entrance. (boat rentals available from Holidaze in Fishermans Village).

Public Boat Ramp: Ponce De Leon Public Boat ramp is a few miles south of the house, Laishley Park Boat ramp is located in downtown Punta Gorda. Both offer easy access to the harbor and canal to the house.

Garage: two car garage available for guest use. Please return the garage door opener to the kitchen counter upon departure
No boat trailer or RV parking allowed in the driveway per HOA guidelines.

Pool heat is an additional cost of $200 per week or $500 per month PLUS TAX. In order to heat the pool, the additional cost must be paid. The pool is chlorinated. 

BBQ use included in guest stay, if BBQ is not clean upon guest departure an additional $56 fee will be charged to the guest for cleaning.

Any supplies beyond this are up to the guest to replenish, we do not restock these items.
