We aggressively market our website with the top internet search engines to ensure that our homes have adequate bookings.
Legal:
Global will register your home with the State of Florida and obtain all sales tax licenses and permits. Because the State of Florida views short-term rentals similar to a hotel, they require similar documentation.
Safety:
Your rental home is required to have certain safety equipment such as emergency lights, fire extinguishers, smoke detectors, signage, etc. Global will ensure your home meets all requirement set forth by the State of Florida.
Utilities:
Global arranges for all utilities (water, gas, electric, cable, etc.) along with proper deposits to bring your home online quickly.
DAY TO DAY MANAGEMENT
Bookings:
Global maintains an internal and internet booking system that tracks each rental and all associated costs related to your property. A Profit and Loss Statement (P&L) is emailed to each homeowner by the 15th of the following month.
Bill Paying:
Global directly receives all bills (except mortgage payments and taxes) related to your property and arranges for payment. Homeowners are required to keep sufficient funds on deposit to pay these charges.
Maintenance:
In order to keep your home in top condition, Global will perform all necessary maintenance along with cleaning your pool and screen enclosure. After the guests depart, your home is inspected for damaged and subsequently cleaned and re-inspected to ensure quality for your next guest. Global also arranges for monthly pest control for the interior and exterior of your home.
24/7 Guest Services:
Should a guest need attention during their stay, a Global Maintenance technician is on call 24/7 to give assistance. |
